Yes – we will respond to breakdowns as soon as possible.

How do you prioritise your workload?
We always tend to our existing customers first as we give a commitment to backup when a product or service is purchased from us

Is there a Warranty on your products?
Yes, everything comes with twelve months manufacturing defect Warranty. Some motors have a 5 year Warranty. We do not, however, cover storm damage.

I already have a door which needs fitting. Can you fit it for me?
Sorry, we can only fit products we supply as we need to know the quality of build of the door or shutter

I have an existing door which is manually operated. Can you fit a motor to it?
Yes, provided the door or shutter is in good working order. A risk assessment will need to be carried out to determine the correct means of operation.

Can you get rid of my old doors?
Yes, but non-ferrous waste is by negociation as an extra skip may need to be hired if the doors are bulky

Do you have any second hand doors?
Sorry No – the quality can not be relied upon and they will vary rarely fit another opening. Extensive alterations usually have to be carried out and at the end you have still got an old door!
